Are there any excess charges for Paypal Payments?
Yes. Each time that a payment is made through paypal, CNYSPaRC is charged for accepting the payment. Due to the struggling economy, CNYSPaRC is unable to absorb the additional cost. The surcharge is small and depends on the size of the payment. Usually the surcharge is under $1.00.
Can I Avoid Surcharges When I Make A Payment?
Yes. To avoid a surcharge fee, make the payment by check in care of CNYSPaRC at our mailing address 9401 Carousel Drive Syracuse, NY 13209.
If An Event Is Canceled, Will My Payment Be Refunded?
Yes. If for whatever reason an event is canceled, payments will be refunded accordingly unless event purchase may be used at a later date. For example, A ticket for a CNYSPaRC sporting event that was canceled or called off due to weather may be used at a later date to compensate for the cancellation.
If I Purchase A Product Through The CNYSPaRC Website, Is The Product Returnable?
Any product that is sold by CNYSPaRC on our site is non-returnable unless stated otherwise. The product, use, and cost will determine any returns.
